Jessica Hersh graduated with honors from Scottsdale Culinary Institute and has a great deal of experience cooking meals that people love to eat.
She cooked at both the Four Seasons and Shallots kosher restaurant in Chicago; locally she’s appeared in the kitchens of Boulder’s perennial favorite The Med as well as Antica Roma, the much-missed Bistro St. Tropez, the Persimmon Grill, Jeff’s Kosher Diner and others.
Jessica has also been catering, writing about food and teaching cooking classes in Boulder since 2000.
Her area of expertise is working within the requirements of special diets to make delicious food. She has knowledge and experience working with vegetarian, vegan, kosher, allergy-restricted, health-limiting, low-carb, low-fat and gluten-free diets as well as cooking for picky eaters. She takes pride in being able to tailor a menu to your taste, dietary needs and desires.
